Section 179

(1)
Where a judgment debtor fails to comply with any order made by the Court against him under section 178, the judgment creditor may, by way of judgment notice, request the judgment debtor to appear in Court to show cause why he should not be committed to prison for such refusal.
(2)
An application for a judgment notice under subsection (1)
shall be made and sworn by the applicant in Form MS 44.
