Section 19

Subject to subsection (2), the Court may, on its own motion or on the application of any parties at any stage of the proceedings, strike out, substitute or add any party in such manner and upon such terms as may be just and proper.

No person shall be made plaintiff without his consent or, if under disability, the consent of his representatives which shall be signified in writing or in such other manner as may be authorized.

Misjoinder or nonjoinder of parties
