(a)
if the cause of action does not survive in accordance with Hukum Syarak, the proceedings shall abate, except as provided in paragraph (c);
(b)
if the cause of action survives or continues in accordance with Hukum Syarak, the proceedings shall not abate or become defective; or
(c)
in case of death after the conclusion of the trial but before judgment is delivered or entered, the proceedings shall not abate, and judgment may be delivered-or entered.
