Section 26
General provisions as to disability
Where a plaintiff is a person under disability –
(a)
no settlement or compromise shall be valid without the Court's sanction; and
(b)
all money or other property recovered for the plaintiff in, or in consequence of, the action shall be paid into Court or deposited in Court unless the Court otherwise orders.
