Section 57
(1)
Whoever drinks liquor or any intoxicating substance shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
(2)
Whoever makes, sells, presents, exhibits for sale, keeps or buys any liquor or intoxicating substance shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
