Section 101
Any person who—

Section 101
(a)
makes an article specifically designed or adapted for making copies of a registered trademark or a sign likely to be mistaken for that trademark; or
(b)
has in his possession, custody or control an article as in paragraph (a), knowing or having reason to believe that it has been, or is to be, used for, or in the course of, committing an offence against sections 99 and 100, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
