Offence relating to disobedience to summons or refusal to give evidence

Section 105
(1)
The Registrar may, for the purposes of this Act—
(a)
summon witnesses;
(b)
receive evidence on oath; and

(c)
require the production of a document or article.
(2)
Any person who disobeys the summons or request under subsection (1) without any lawful excuse commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
