Section 146

Any form, information or document, a copy or extract from any form, information or document electronically filed with the

Registrar or issued by the Registrar, shall be a true extract from any form, information or documents filed with or submitted to the

Registrar as required under this Act shall be prima facie evidence of matters specified in that form, information, document, copy or extract.

Minister may declare documents of foreign state pertaining to trademarks to be admissible as evidence
