Voluntary disclaimer, condition or limitation

Section 30
(a)
to disclaim any right to the exclusive use of any specified element of the trademark; or
(b)
to agree that the rights arising out of the registration shall be subject to certain conditions or limitations imposed by the Registrar.
(2)
The Registrar may refuse any application under paragraph (1)(a) if the application contains or consists of any matters which is not allowed under the absolute and relative grounds for refusal of registration under sections 23 and 24.
(3)
A disclaimer made by the applicant, or condition or limitation imposed by the Registrar, under subsection (1), shall not be revoked if the application has been accepted by the Registrar.
