Publication of acceptance

Section 31
(1)
If the application for registration of trademark is accepted, the
Registrar shall publish the application in the Intellectual Property
Official Journal.
(2)
The publication under subsection (1) shall contain all disclaimers, conditions, amendments, modifications or limitations subject to which the application has been accepted.
