Section 42

No storage cistern used in connection with a supply of water for domestic purposes shall be placed in such a position as to render the water therein liable to contamination, and every such cistern shall be suitably covered, but not so as to be air-tight, and shall be so placed and fitted that the interior thereof can be readily inspected and cleansed.

Flushing cistern to be fitted with ball tap or similar apparatus.
