Section 17
(1)
A holder of a licence, permit or special permit shall, as the case may be—
(a)
carry the licence or special permit while hunting any wildlife or taking any part or derivative of any wildlife;
(b)
display the licence at a conspicuous place at his place of business, if he is a licensed dealer or licensed taxidermist;
or
(c)
on demand by an officer, produce the licence, permit or special permit for inspection.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
