Section 99
(1)
An enforcement officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise.
(2)
For the purposes of this section, ―access‖—
(a)
includes being provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable comprehension of the computerized data; and
(b)
has the meaning assigned to it by subsections 2(2) and (5)
of the Computer Crimes Act 1997 [Act 563].
