Section 92
(1)
An enforcement officer shall have all the powers to detect and investigate the commission of any offence or suspected offence under this Act.
(2)
For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that for the purposes of this Act, an enforcement officer shall have all or any of the powers of a police officer of whatever rank in relation to police investigations in seizable cases as provided for under the Criminal Procedure Code, and such powers shall be in addition to the powers provided for under this Act and not in derogation thereof.
