Section 12

The establishment or extension of a Wildlife Sanctuary shall be a public purpose within the meaning of the Land Acquisition Ordinance [Cap. 69.] and the procedure specified in that Ordinance shall be followed for the acquisition of land in connection with such establishment or extension.
