(1)
The Director shall within five years of the declaration of a Wildlife
Sanctuary demarcate the boundaries of that Wildlife Sanctuary.
(2)
Where there is any conflict between a demarcation carried out under subsection (1) and a map or description prepared pursuant to section 13 (1) (b) the demarcation under subsection (1) shall prevail for the purposes of this Enactment.
(3)
Any person who moves, destroys or interferes with any notice, fence, gate, boundary marker, erected or put in place in accordance with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of not less than five thousand ringgit and not more than twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
