Section 50
(1)
No person shall sell cured tobacco unless he is a licensed curer or licensed purchaser.
(2)
No licensed curer or licensed purchaser shall sell cured tobacco other than to a licensed purchaser.
(3)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
