Section 51
(1)
No person shall store or have in his possession cured tobacco unless he has obtained a written approval from the Board.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
