Section 49
(1)
No licensed purchaser shall purchase cured tobacco other than from a licensed curer or other licensed purchaser.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
