Control of movement of cured tobacco

Section 52
(1)
No person shall remove, carry, transport or take part in the removal, carriage or transportation of cured tobacco unless he has obtained a written approval from the Board.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
