List of things seized
of Pathology Laboratory Act 2007
Except as provided in subsection (2), where any book, record, apparatus, equipment, instrument, material, article, sample, blood, blood product, human tissue or fluid or any product of the human body, dialysate, chemical, pharmaceutical, substance or other thing is seized under this Act, the seizing officer shall prepare a list of things seized and a copy of the list shall be given to the licensee, person in charge, or occupier of the pathology laboratory or premises, as the case may be, which has been searched under section 53, 54 or 55.

Where the licensed pathology laboratory or premises is unoccupied, the authorized officer shall whenever possible post a list of the things seized conspicuously on the pathology laboratory or premises.
