Section 64

Section 371 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both” the words “shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years and shall also be liable to a fine not exceeding ten million ringgit”.
