Section 32
(a)
in the shoulder note, by substituting for the words “to rectify situation where facilities not adequate” the words “to mitigate and rectify situations where physical space not adequate”;
(b)
by substituting for the word “facilities” the words “physical space”; and
(c)
by substituting for the words “to rectify the situation and the licensee shall give effect to such direction”
the words “to mitigate and rectify the situation and the licensee shall comply with such direction and bear any additional mitigation and rectification cost”.
