(a)
in the national language text—
(i)
in the marginal note, by substituting for the words
“Ketua Pengarah Kualiti Alam Sekitar” the words
“Ketua Pengarah Kualiti Alam Sekeliling”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “Ketua Pengarah Kualiti
Alam Sekitar yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 3(1)”
the words “Ketua Pengarah Kualiti Alam Sekeliling yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 3(1)”; and
(b)
by substituting for the words “appropriate authority” the words
“Director General”.
