Temporary practising certificate
of Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Act, the Council may, upon application in writing, temporarily register, subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Council deems fit to impose, a person who is registered as a practitioner outside Malaysia.
(2)
The Council shall issue to a person temporarily registered under subsection (1) a temporary practising certificate.

(3)
The holder of such temporary practising certificate shall, while the certificate remains in force and subject to the restrictions and conditions specified in the certificate, be deemed to be a registered practitioner.
(4)
The Council may at any time revoke the temporary registration of a person under this section and the temporary practising certificate issued to such person shall thereupon lapse.
