(a)
summon witnesses;
(b)
receive evidence on oath; and
(c)
require the production of any document or article.

(2)
Any person who disobeys the summons or request made by the Registrar under subsection (1) without any lawful excuse commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
