Section 15

Any amendment to an application for registration of a geographical indication under subsection (1) shall only be made in relation to the matters as prescribed and shall not substantially affect the identity of the geographical indication, or extend the description of goods covered by the application.

If the applicant withdraws his application for registration of a geographical indication after the acceptance has been published under subsection 14(1), the notice of withdrawal of the application shall be published.

An applicant shall not revoke an application for withdrawal under subsection (3) if the application for withdrawal has been given effect by the Registrar.
