Section 6
(1)
The Registrar shall keep and maintain—
(a)
a register called the Register of Geographical Indications;
and
(b)
a record of Registrar.
(2)
The Register and the record of Registrar shall contain all such matters and particulars relating to geographical indications as prescribed.
(3)
The Register and the record of Registrar shall be kept in such form as determined by the Registrar.
