Section 55

A search warrant issued under this Act shall be valid and enforceable notwithstanding any defect, mistake or omission in the search warrant or in the application for such search warrant and any goods, document, material, article or thing seized under such search warrant shall be admissible in evidence in any proceedings under this Act.
