Section 2A
There shall be established a body corporate to be known as

Section 2A
“Sarawak Building Board” with perpetual succession and a corporate seal and shall by that name be capable of—
(a)
suing and be sued;
(b)
acquiring, owning, holding, leasing or disposing of property, both movable and immovable; and
(c)
doing such other acts or things as a body corporate may lawfully do.
