Section 2D
Sarawak Building Board Fund

For the purposes of the discharge of its duties and functions under this Ordinance, the Board shall keep and maintain a fund to be known as the “Sarawak Building Board Fund” (“the
Fund”).
(2)
The Fund shall be kept and maintained in any licensed bank or other financial institution within Sarawak.
(3)
The Board shall credit into the Fund—
(a)
all fees to be imposed and collected by the Board under this Ordinance and the regulations made hereunder;
(b)
all donations, contributions and monetary gifts received from any person, institution or organization; and
(c)
any money received by the Board in carrying out its powers and functions under this Ordinance.
(4)
Moneys from the Fund shall be used only for the purposes of enabling the Board to discharge its powers and functions under this
Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder or in relation to any activity, function or event connected therewith.
