Section 10

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198], shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the

Commission or any Member of the Commission or against any officer, servant or agent of the Commission in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or him in that capacity.
