(2)
The Director shall—
(a)
be the
Chief
Administrative
Officer of the
Commission;
(b)
execute and implement all decisions of the
Commission;
(c)
assist the Commissioner in the discharge of any duties or functions conferred or imposed on the Commissioner by this
Ordinance or under any other written law;
(d)
be responsible for the administration, supervision and control of the officers and employees of the Commission, and the management and supervision of its staff; and
(e)
carry out such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Commissioner or delegated to him by the Commission.

(3)
The Commission may appoint and engage such other officers, employees, advisors or consultants as may be required to enable the Commission to discharge its duties and functions under this
Ordinance or any other written law.
