Section 17

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the commencement of this Ordinance and affecting any of the property transferred under section 15, shall be in full force and effect against or in favour of the

Commission and enforceable as fully and effectually as if, instead of the former Kuching Municipal Council or the former Kuching Rural

District Council, the Commission had been named in them or had been a party to them.
