Section 15

All lands, buildings, projects, works and other properties in that part of the City of Kuching North which immediately before the commencement of this Ordinance were owned by or vested in the former Kuching Municipal Council and the former Kuching Rural

District Council shall, on the commencement of this Ordinance, be deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Commission without further assurance.
