Section 18

Continuance of civil proceedings

(2)

Any appeal brought or any leave to appeal applied for, on or after the commencement of this Ordinance against a decision given before the commencement of this Ordinance in any legal proceedings to which the former Kuching Municipal Council or the former

Kuching Rural District Council, as the case may be, was a party may, if the appeal relates to any property transferred under section 15, be brought by or against the Commission.
