(2)

The former Kuching Municipal Council and the former

Kuching Rural District Council may, at the request of the

Commission, second any of its officers or employees to the service of the Commission. Any officer or employee so seconded shall remain a member of the service to which he belongs, but his remuneration shall be paid by the Commission to whose service he is seconded.
