Section 46
Tribunal appointed under section 45 may be paid—
(a)
a daily sitting allowance during the sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal;
(b)
a lodging, travelling and subsistence allowance; and
(c)
such fixed allowances or other allowances, as the Minister may determine.
