Section 51
Appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal
A person who is aggrieved or whose interest is affected by a decision of the Commission under section 35, 39 or 40
may appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal by filing a notice of appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
(2)
A notice of appeal shall be made in writing to the Competition
Appeal Tribunal within thirty days from the date of the decision of the Commission and the appellant shall give a copy of the notice to the Chairman of the Commission.
(3)
The notice of appeal shall state in summary form the substance of the decision of the Commission appealed against, shall contain an address at which any notices or documents connected with the appeal may be served upon the appellant or upon his advocate and shall be signed by the appellant or his advocate.
