Section 47
Tribunal appointed under section 45 may be paid—
(2)
The Prime Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of the President or any other member of the Competition
Appeal Tribunal if—
(a)
he is of unsound mind or otherwise incapable of performing his duties or managing his affairs;
(b)
he becomes bankrupt or insolvent;
(c)
there has been proved against him, or he has been convicted on, a charge in respect of—
(i)
an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude;
(ii)
an offence under any law relating to corruption;
or
(iii)
any other offence punishable with imprisonment
(in itself only or in addition to or in lieu of a fine) for more than two years;

(d)
he is guilty of serious misconduct in relation to his duties;
(e)
he fails to comply with his obligations under section 49;
or
(f)
his performance has been unsatisfactory for a significant period of time.
