Decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

Section 58
(1)
The decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, on any matter, shall be decided on a majority of the members.
(2)
The Competition Appeal Tribunal may confirm or set aside the decision which is the subject of the appeal, or any part of it, and may—
(a)
remit the matter to the Commission;
(b)
impose or revoke, or vary the amount of, a financial penalty;
(c)
give such direction, or take such other step as the Commission could itself have given or taken; or
(d)
make any other decision which the Commission could itself have made.
(3)
A decision of the Competition Appeal Tribunal is final and binding on the parties to the appeal.
