Sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal

Section 55
(1)
The Competition Appeal Tribunal shall sit on such dates and at such places as the President may from time to time determine.
(2)
The President may cancel or postpone any sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal and may change the place of the sittings which has been determined under subsection (1).
(3)
Any change to the date or place of any sitting of the Competition Appeal Tribunal shall be informed to the parties to the appeal by a written notice.
