Protection against suit and legal proceedings

Section 60
No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against—
(a)
the Competition Appeal Tribunal;
(b)
the President or any member of the Competition Appeal
Tribunal;
Competition 45
(c)
the Secretary or any other officer of the Competition
Appeal Tribunal; or
(d)
any person authorized to act for and on behalf of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, in respect of any act or omission done or omitted by him or it in good faith in such capacity.
