Section 10

a Chairman, who shall be the Prime Minister;

the Deputy Prime Minister;

the Menteri Besar of the States of Kelantan, Terengganu,

Pahang and Johor;

two Federal Ministers to be appointed by the Prime

Minister;

a representative of the civil service to be appointed by the

Prime Minister; and

two members from the private sector with suitable experience or qualifications to be appointed by the Prime

Minister.

The Chief Executive shall be the Secretary to the Council.

The provisions of the First Schedule shall apply to the Council.

The Prime Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, amend the First Schedule.
