Section 11
(1)
The grant of the licence under section 8 shall be personal to the

licensee and the licence shall not be assigned or transferred to any other person except with the written consent of the Minister.
(2)
A licensee who assigns or transfers his or its licence to any other person without the written consent of the Minister commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit, and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
