An application for a practising certificate by an energy manager or energy auditor who has been registered under section 27
shall be made to the Commission in such manner as may be determined by the Commission.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Commission.

(3)
After considering the application, the Commission may—
(a)
approve the application and issue to the applicant upon payment of a prescribed fee a practising certificate in such form as may be determined by the Commission;
or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
(4)
A practising certificate issued under subsection (3) shall be valid for a period as may be specified in the practising certificate.
