Application for registration of energy manager and energy auditor
of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2024
An application for registration of an energy manager and energy auditor shall be made to the Commission in such manner as may be determined by the Commission.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Commission.
(3)
After considering the application, the Commission may—
(a)
approve the application and issue to the applicant upon payment of a prescribed fee a certificate of registration in such form as may be determined by the Commission;
or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
