Section 67
(1)
The Commission may issue any guidelines as may be expedient or necessary for the better carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Commission may issue such directions as the Commission considers necessary for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this Act.
(3)
The Commission may revoke, vary, revise or amend the whole or any part of any guidelines or directions issued under this section.
