Section 79
(1)
All proceedings before the Appeal Tribunal shall be open to the public.
(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Chairman may, on an application by a respondent to an appeal, make an order for any or all part of the proceeding to be held in a closed session if the
Chairman is satisfied that it is against the public interest for any matter under the appeal to be heard in an open proceeding.
