Section 74
(1)
The Minister shall appoint—
(a)
a senior public officer as Secretary of the Appeal Tribunal to assist the Appeal Tribunal in carrying out its functions under this Act; and
(b)
such number of public officers as the Minister thinks fit to assist the Secretary in carrying out his function under paragraph (a).
(2)
For the purposes of this section, the Secretary and any public officer appointed under subsection (1) shall be deemed to be officers of the Appeal Tribunal.
(3)
The Secretary of the Appeal Tribunal shall be responsible for the administration and management of the Appeal Tribunal in accordance with this Act.
